CalculateBright makes free calculators that are quick to use and easy to trust. We started with the questions people ask most, like what their mortgage payment will be, how much of their paycheck they’ll keep, and whether they’re saving enough, and built tools that answer them instantly on any device.

What we believe

• Simple first. Sensible defaults, plain language and results that update as you type.
• Show the math. Every calculator explains its formula and assumptions, and links to official sources.
• Stay current. Tax figures are reviewed each year against IRS and state publications. See our methodology.
• Respect privacy. Calculations run in your browser; we don’t store what you type.

CalculateBright is free and supported by advertising. Ads never change our results, and we place them so they don’t get in the way of the calculator.
